How do I return an item(s)?
Please contact us to arrange a return, replacement, or exchange. You may contact us through our Social Media pages (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook), or via email.
Returns Terms and Conditions
The points below set out our return policy with respect to certain product categories. We accept returns if:
- You send us a photo of the product you received.
- You have received a wrong product.
- You have received a product that is not as described on the Site; or you have received a damaged product.
- You must return the product within seven (7) days of receipt of shipment.
- Product is unused, in original unbroken packaging and includes all tags.
No return, replace or exchange products in respect of:
- Products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them.
- Any consumable product which has been used or installed.
- Items on sale.
- Items that are not in original condition and packaging.
- Damaged items due to misuse or showing signs of wear and tear, even if they are still under the warranty period.
- Items that have been assembled, used, altered, or installed unless defective.
- I changed my mind.
- I found a better price. We offer our shoppers a best price guarantee. If you find any of our products in the GCC for cheaper, we’ll match that price to offer you the best possible deal every time.
- Ordered by mistake.
Refund Terms and Conditions
We will issue a refund to you on the card you purchased from. After we refund, it may take up to 7 days for you to receive it in your bank account.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the card you used to purchase.
- You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Your refund will be initiated once your product is received back in our fulfilment center and inspected by our team, and the final refund amount will be received by you as follows:
- For delivered and undelivered products within the UAE, we will refund you the product amount in full.
- For delivered products outside the UAE, we will refund you the product amount excluding the original shipping fees.
- For undelivered products outside the UAE, we will refund you the product amount in full.
