Returns Policy

How do I return an item(s)?

Montiplay gives you the option to return purchased item(s)*. Any order that has been shipped, falls within a returnable category and is within the 7 days limit from the date of delivery, can be filed for return.

How does it work?

  1. Go to "My Account"
  2. Click on “Account Information”, then “Return Form”
  3. Select the order (s) you want to return from the list.
  4. Select the most appropriate return reason.
  5. Add your comments.
  6. Attach a photo of the product.
  7. Add contact telephone number.

Or by contacting us (Arrange a Return, Replacement or Exchange). You may contact us through email or live chat.

Returns Terms and Conditions

The table below sets out our return policy with respect to certain product categories:

  1. Return (Possibility) Return Condition
  2. You have received a wrong product;
  3. You have received a product that is not as described on the Site; or you have received a damaged product.

  5. You must return the product within seven (7) days of receipt of shipment.
  6. Product is unused, in original unbroken packaging and includes all tags.
  7. For electronics, open products will be accepted only if different from description or picture displayed.
  8. Non-returnable Products.

No return, replace or exchange products in respect of:

  1. Products that have been used or damaged by you or are not in the same condition as you received them.
  2. Any consumable product which has been used or installed.
  3. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers; or Products that fall under specific categories, certain baby products (e.g. teethers, Personalized items which you requested to be designed especially for you.
  4. Items on sale.
  5. Items that are not in original condition and packaging.
  6. Damaged items due to misuse or showing signs of wear and tear, even if they are still under the warranty period.
  7. Items that have been assembled, used, altered, or installed unless defective.
  8. Santa delivery orders are not eligible for returns.
  9. Orders shipped to international destinations [Outside UAE].
  10. I changed my mind.
  11. I found a better price. We offer our shoppers a best price guarantee. If you find any of our products in the GCC for cheaper, we’ll match that price to offer you the best possible deal every time. Ordered by mistake.
  12. Ordered the wrong color or the wrong size.

Your Refund:

  1. For delivered products, we will refund you the product amount in full (excluding the original shipping fees plus the return fees in case the product is not as expected).
  2. If the products are faulty or not as described on our Site; or
  3. If your reason for return is due to an error on our side, such as an error in pricing or description, etc.
  4. For products not delivered, you will receive a full refund if you cancel the order before shipping.

Refund Procedure:

 We will issue a refund to you depending on the method you used for payment, as follows:

  1. If you paid by cash on delivery, we will issue a refund as store credits; or
  2. if you paid by credit/debit card, you can choose to have a refund as store credits or to your credit/debit card.

Refund Timescale:

Your refund will be initiated once your product is received back in our fulfilment center and inspected by our team, and the final refund will be received by you as follows:

  1. If the refund is to your credit/debit card, the refund will within thirty (30) days from the day on which we receive the product back in our fulfilment center;
  2. If your refund is store credits, you will receive the refund within three (3) days after your product is returned and inspected by our team; or
  3. If you have cancelled your order before shipping, we will provide store credits within three (3) days from the cancellation, or within thirty (30) days if you choose to transfer back the amount to your credit/debit card.

  1. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  3. Your item must be in the original packaging.
  4. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


  1. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
  2. item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  3. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  4. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


  1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
  2. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
