Simply insert the dowel legs through the disc into the top semicircle center. For visual mobiles, use the extension legs to keep the hanger high and the mobiles 25-30cm from your baby's point of vision. 

For tactile mobiles and to allow your baby to grasp rings and reach, consider removing the extensions and adding the shorter legs.
